So I had a fucking heart attack and damn I missed SG as well as a bunch of other things, Trying to fully recover and get back to a new normal. Obviously the old norm needed work lol. 40+ years of treating my body like an amusement park caught up with me.
Woke up really early feeling weird. Had a headache, shoulders were tight, neck was tight and cold sweats. I figured it would pass so i went to work. Hour or so later I still felt weird so I went to the smoke pit and smoked while i googled my symptoms. Google said go to the hospital but I'm a little hard headed so I went back upstairs to my office and finally decided to go to the ER. Was admitted and had a quintuple bypass the next day. It's kind of surreal. I've had lots of training over the years but none of it even suggested I was having a heart attack. I was in the hospital for 5 days then a month to recover but I'm back. Quit smoking after 40+ years but damn I gained weight. I'm working on it though. Just wanted to put this somewhere. I'm always the "strong one" and been told I can't be scared or need a shoulder to lean on. At least it waited till after I got back from Wyoming. Yellowstone was beautiful. I can't wait to go back
