All these years I've had to run and dealt with the lower back issues, knees have gotten worse and I finally know why. I'm a heavy heel striker. Working on mid foot "landings" and now have some proper instruction on correct running form. Crazy how much of a difference that makes. I have a month and a half to get it down before my PT test. Maybe I shouldn't have changed this close to it. but oh well. I'll make it work.
Side note rant. WTF is wrong with people on IG. People commenting about fapping to an SG, wanting to put their fingers in flesh holes (another SG) Maybe they know them. Just struck me wrong. Time for some melatonin and bed.
