Novacane (sp) is so sickening. A while back I wrote all of you about how I have this crazy fear of the dentist, and how given my nutty history it really makes no sense (especially considering all the holes, and ink in me
). Well, I figured it out! I figured out why I hate it!
It's not the pain!
It's the lack OF pain. The noise, the sounds, the pressure, the knowledge. IT SHOULD HURT! But it doesn't. That is what terrifies me! It is so claustraphobic to have some HURT you and you not be able to register it at all. Talk about a mind fuck!
I want to know what it feels like without the novacane, I might try that one day because it may be more tollerable mentally........
