I'm always working with people older than me....by 5-30 years. The age jokes get old.
And it creates distance between myself and people my age.
being alone gets old.
Work used to be able to fill that hole....but it doesn't work as well anymore.

come to think of it, i've always been the baby, no matter where i worked. and it doesn't seem to get better with time.
