Well another month comes to an end. So here comes the next. Love this time of year. Its cold, to much unhealty food and there is nothing like having a tree fall in your living room and stepping on glass
On the plus side the college semester is almost done and I am another month closer to my scuba certification (any suicide girls wanna do some deep water shots I am a photographer
) Also reached a big goal today. 300 2 Arm Swings with my 36lbs kettlebell in 28:43 and 2 months ahead of schedual too! I think I'll attack the clean next. Or maybe I'll mix up my endurance training now, Jump rope, clean, snatch, 2 Arm Swing, Renegade Row, Mahlers Defense, Mahlers Offense who knows. Oh and in case you havent guessed I am very big on exercise and health. But I bet you will not find many people who do it the way I do. TTYL
