Well kids its July 31st and that means two very important things.
1. Sharkweek is upon us!
2. I am only days away from my CST Instructor Certification.

It has been 10 months of hard training but I am there and all that hard work is about to be put to the test. I am thinking I may even need to come up with a clubbell themed tattoo in honor of this event. Thusday I leave for Moorpark where I will be spending 3 fabulous days at the Grand Vista Hotel and have my ass beaten to dust at the 690 Gym.

My yoga is good, flowfit is in at the numbers I need, intu-flow is no problem and my club swining is coming in well under the required time. I am good to go and very soon I will be a CST Instructor. Happy days.

Btw here is the tattoo idea I am considering at the moment.


In other news the garden is going great and I have many many tasty melons, tomatoes and squashes coming up.

This is a baby Akisan Topan Melon from Turkey.

I also have sweet mountain yellow watermelon, midget melon, pink banana jumbo squash, honey pumpkin, midyat melon, and oh hell it just goes on and on. I'm a garden freak
