Well its been about 11 days since my last post and I have been keeping busy. A lot to report and a lot done. Plus pictures! So lets get started.
On the training front I am doing great. I finished the Trial By Fire in under 30 minutes doing 100 swipes, 100 mills left and right and 100 hammer swings left and right. I've got another month of training to go and I could pass my instructor certification tests now. That feels good. In my Prasara yoga practice I have finally managed to stick the side crow in the Spider Monkey flow. It has been a very difficult point in my practice but I did it and here are the pictures to prove it!
On the old homestead I have been busy too. I've got most of this years garden planted and growing. I expect I will have tomatoes in July and while I was a bit behind I expect there will be a nice harvest of melons, squash, pumpkins, tomatoes, beans, peas and greens this year. Yum I can't wait.
The orchard is finally looking good again. I got most of the trees mulched and the weeds cleared. Several trees are fruiting and I've already harvested some apricots. I also have various barries planted this year.
My herd is doing great as well. All my critters are happy and healthy. I named my newest little girls. My fawn one is named Abigail and my chocolate one is named Mazy. They are both very healthy and very happy.
Colbert's bachelor pad is nearly complete. I just need to hang the gate and its good to go. Not a moment to soon too, he's quickly becoming a little buck.
In other news I have been sticking with my education experiment and have been reading the harvard classics and doing my Spanish practice with rosetta stone for about 12 days now. I am enjoying the work I am doing and I actually am starting to speak and understand Spanish! HC are a bit more daunting thou. Just the lecture book is a bloody long read. I will be strained to finish one book a month with speed reading. I have no idea how long the entire 51 volumes will take to finish. I guess I am in it for the long haul. If you wanna keep up with my progress here is the link. Feel free to leave some comments so I know all you out there really care

Also I would have a lot more pictures up but for some damned reason they are not working! When I try to attack an image it just doesn't go thru. I don't know why. If I can solve this mystery I will update this with more pictures. If not I will add them to future posts. Enjoy
