Garden is sprouting, Tomatos are planted and life is going good. I got hired on for the census so I will have some work for the next month or so and will make the money I need for my seminar in August. Training is going great I'm runnng almost 4 miles at a time barefoot. My weightloss has leveled off but I can still see changes in my physique so I think I am just hitting another build muscle then burning fat cycle.

I ignore the scale, as long as you can see improvements in the mirror, and in your athletic performance ... you know you are making progress.
