Well I've had it with being so sedantary and am starting a new workout cycle. Using CST in a 4x7 protocal. I'm on day two and have finished it but boy am I sore! I can feel every muscle in my upper body! Feels good to be back at it again though. I've been such a mess since the fire and I really need to get it back together. My birthday is Saturday I will be 27. I intend to see 28 in the state of health I should be in and 128 for that matter! No more excuses.
