all i wanted was a new computer.

apple is the worst company ever. why would a company make it so hard to spend a couple thousand bucks with them?

my favorite part, after spending many days trying to get a new computer was when i demanded to speak to the complaint department and an old lady answered. prior to her i had been speaking to youngish sounding people who couldn't have cared less about my dissatisfaction or the amount of time i'd spent trying to fix their stupid fuckups.

anyway, the old lady listens to my complaint, then says "ok, thank you." i say "well what happens now? nothing?" she says "no, we file the complaint." i say "but what HAPPENS? does anything actually happen?" she says "i'm not sure what you mean."

exactly! nothing fucking happens!

apple sucks.

on a brighter note, my 14 mile long run (which i daringly did as a trail run) went well. definitely builds confidence to not have felt like i was going to die at the end.
