Here's what the Bush presidency has gotten you and I


worst president in our history, hands down and no doubt even in our time. that's a rarity.

i am so deeply saddened by how this presidency and this agenda has affected out interactions with each other, too. where is the empathy and tolerance, guys? it's gone. i find myself disregarding the feelings of other even though i can feel them and know them so intimately. i'm such an empath and this current environment has me on edge and is leeching the joy of being out of me.
that's why i'm so glad we're entering a season of change. never feel that you make no difference in this world. you do. simply your being changes the very fabric of experience. keep on being and keep on seeing and feeling and enjoying the beautiful things in life.
please also remember to tell the plants, water, people and rocks around you how much you appreciate their presence and the beauty they bring to your life. it is so easy to lose sight of the fact we owe our lives to all the little things out there.
