As birthdays go, this one was OK. Went to church and sang (which made my fans happy), and then we all went out to eat. Had a bit of a struggle figuring out where to go, but finally settled on Chili's. Figuring out where to eat with kids is always a challenge, especially when the only place they can all agree to go eat is McDonalds. Anyway, had lunch, and for the most part the kids were well behaved.
Spent the afternoon just lounging around, doing next to nothing. Read some comics, and introduced my eldest daughter to Arsenic and Old Lace. Played some Skittles with the young kids, and now that they are in bed, am watching a pretty bad old BBC production of the Three Musketeers.
Tomorrow is my youngest daughter's birthday. I have a feeling I'll be awoken at 6 AM by her wanting to open presents...

Lunch at Chili's, followed by lounging around doing next to nothing? And a pretty bad BBC production of The Three Musketeers thrown in for good measure? Sounds a lot better than OK to me.
