henjin's geeky film review blog presents....
Train Man: Densha Otoko 2005 viz-pictures
Our hero likes robots, computers, movies and.......has never talked to girls. Til one night he finds the courage to confront a drunk that's harassing a girl on the train. The girl request his address to send him a thank you. Unable to deal with direct social contact he turns to the haven of all us nerds....the internet. Armed with the counsel of cyber strangers he sets off to win the girl's heart. Can he find the courage?
This film is the story of henjin's life: lobster bobbling, asking a girl the square footage of her house, nerd makeovers, and p-p-plenty of stuttering. Henjin says "I must be getting old... I'm starting to enjoy this mushy stuff"
