I stumbled upon this on Reddit, read it...and started doing more research.
Cold Shower Therapy
So I started doing it. 5 minutes every day when I wake up.
(My showers last about 5 minutes anyway. Haha)
I have done it for the past 3 days. Tomorrow is day 4.
It sucks at first, but I adapt fast. Plus, I am fat...so I don't get THAT cold. Haha.
My skin is about 82 degrees when I get out. I just put the water on straight cold and jump in.
I am hoping I can overcome my laziness, and my being too comfortable with my current job....
and get over my extreme hatred of my job. (Aka will myself to just deal with it and stop bitching about it as much as I do.)
And possibly get over my fear of swimming.
Then there are the health benefits.

My immune system is already ridiculous, but hey...not gonna cry about a better one. Haha.
