I need to intensify my workouts. I am not losing enough weight fast enough.
Then again, I have gained inches in muscle...so we will see what the measurements say in a week or so.

Instead of focusing on numbers of lost pounds, maybe a simple trying on a clothes will validate your losses. I have a pair of pants that I try on on a regular basis. Sure, I can get it up the legs, but around the belly? Forget it! When it starts to fit without having to stretch it? I'm in the butter zone.
