Found out today my cousin died. He was only 40.

He was a troubled soul. I think he had mental issues but he would never seek help. He drank and took drugs to cope. Fell in with a bad crowd. It's so sad. He was such a nice guy.

He slipped in the bath. Makes you think. Life is so fragile and precious. You never know when your time will come so you've got to live life to the full. No use waiting around.
