I want to write about this while the thought is still fresh in my mind. So I just finished watching an episode of That 70's Show and it hit close to home, cheesy sounding already, I know. Nonetheless it got me thinking. The episode was about how Eric was going to go to Africa for a year so he would be able to pay for college and Donna was upset with him because he was going to leave her. She postponed going to college because of him. I did something similar, and regret it now, even though I'm attending to school now, I could be further along in my endeavours. It just sucks because I really thought I had my life planned out with that one person, and now I don't even talk to her....such is life I suppose.

I saw that episode recently as well. On your part, you did nothing wrong if anything you learned from it. Just goes to show you are committed to a relationship like an adult is supposed to. I understand sometimes we make decisions that are foolish, but, we're still young and have every right to. Don't beat yourself up about it. I basically did the same thing as well, I'm just lucky to have ended up with someone worthy of what I put off. The good thing is, you got back on track. Next time a great girl comes along, at least you know you do stuff on your part to keep the relationship going, and hopefully she acknowledges that.
