French Fries are vastly superior when they're baked, rather than fried. Does that make them French Bakes? I'm not sure, but regardless, a few yukon golds, frenched, seasoned lightly, baked in a pan with a light coating of olive oil at maybe 425 for a while, then dusted with pepper after they come out?
