So I have never had good teeth, I've spent thousands on repair work even with brushing daily. I prefer taking natural routes instead of poisoning myself with massive fluoride treatments that science now shows does more harm than good. So oil pulling been done for thousands of years and a better option to try. I've done it twice now using raw organic coconut oil. I have only been able to make it 15min each time have not been able to make the 20min mark that is recommended. I do like the feeling in my mouth when I'm done, still too soon to know if it's helping. Anyone else try it?
