just cleaned out my closet some.....giving about 8 to 10 of my work shirts (Wegmans) to my older sister (who just started at Wegmans). I am keeping 3 shirts total. if I end up running out, then Wegmans is doing something wrong (since I'm available 2 days a week only).
2nd week done.....lots of classroom training. we're talking "Risk Assessments" and "Safety Plans" and "18 Safety Factors" and a whole list of other things. one girl had 3 expresso shots in her coffee at lunch....she kind of lost it at the end. but we also got paid....its nice seeing a paycheck for one week that equals about 3 paychecks at Wegmans. gives me that "fuck off" feeling when the people there (IE, the ones I work with) piss me off.
and 4 weeks of working out completed. unfortunately, the Planet Fitness by me had their Personal Trainer on staff leave (job in his hometown) and they are working on getting a new one. I want to change from 10 "full body" exercises and 15 minutes cardio every other day (and 45 minutes to 1 hour cardio the off days) to a 3-day cycle of about 1/2 hour weights (by body group) and 1/2 hour cardio. figure it might have more impact (I hope). although I am getting better cardio-wise. what was difficult before is getting easier. plus Friday (last), we had a fire drill....walking up and down 5 flights of stairs wasn't tough at all. that's good, right?
hmm,, that's about it. Free Comic Book Day tomorrow. and who knows when the next tournament is for Heroclix.
