completed my first day on the job. quite interesting when the terms used include "client" and "empower" and "maintain the family" and such. plus found out that there is a special unit for sexual abuse and severe (disfiguring or permanent injury) abuse. that I won't be a part of. so I am sheltered.
started week 3 at the gym. the Physical Trainer left and Planet Fitness is in the process of hiring a new one. I'm starting to add weights to some of the exercises I'm doing. but also have the itch to adjust what I am doing (1 leg exercise, 3 biceps, 2 triceps, 2 chest, and 1 shoulder plus cardio) to incorporate some abdominal and more leg work. but not sure what exercises are good for a basic strength training (eventually might change it up where I focus on one body group at a time). suggestions?
and found out today that Rush will be having a commemorative stamp in Canada (along with other musical groups).....soooo....Canadian friends, how much are the stamps and such? please let me know, thanks!
