today is day one of Planet Fitness. met with some trainer guy who helped lay out a plan.
did some cardio today (15 on treadmill and 10 on elliptical). getting an idea of where my settings should be.
tomorrow learn the "full body" work out routine.
must keep motivated....stress management and get in better shape. maybe attract a hottie or two!
and damn ellipticals kick your thigh's ass!
and in other news.....yay, the Raiders have a viable option at QB now! another Hue Jackson mistake taken care of!
