sleep....always a good thing. with the wacky weather in my area (let's see....Sunday it was around 12 F, now its in the 30's and we might have reached the 40's today), it gets fun. the problem for me is finding the right temperature. strong introverts (me, me, me!) are sensitive to temperature (I can walk into a room sometimes and tell there is a candle burning in the room by feel) so sleeping can be an issue. I tend to get cold easier than most I guess....and trying to warm up is a problem at times (keep in mind I have a low temp sleeping bag on my bed amongst everything else). so Monday, ended up maybe sleeping 6 1/2 hours before having to work overnight.
got out of work today, went straight home. relaxed a little bit (aka, unwind) and then crashed. slept for about 6 hours or so. now its time to take a shower and relax some more.....I have Wednesday off and sorely looking forward to it!
and think that's about it....I have to buy Saga tomorrow...great read. glad I started at issue #1! got the new series Katana last week....I am underwhelmed right now. Ann Nocenti hopefully wows me in her writing...but the art of Alex Sanchez at times seems hit or miss. its annoying.
that's about it...and have to look at some kind of recording device for our downstairs TV. the VCR isn't cutting it (since we have HD now), so its time to replace the archaic technology with something else. but it has to be simple....keep in mind my step-father one time couldn't figure out how to turn on the Blu-Ray player upstairs. he had the wrong remote and everything. and then I showed him the complicated steps to turning on the Blu-Ray and getting the TV on the right setting...."Push this big green button, that is all."
so suggestions?
