so let's see.....since my older sister borrowed my car on November 3rd, the following issues and observations can be made:
the car has been driven over 500 miles. mind you....she lives 5 minutes away from her job (about 2 miles) and he is closer to his job!
the one tire had to be replaced after a nail got stuck in the tire
it is now leaking transmission fluid from the center area of the car (front center area, not the transmission pan area). she's trying to say this is something that was on-going....NOT. my car did not go to her like that. in fact, when I got it back for a few hours, it was not leaking like that either....that started between November 9th and now. and keep in mind the transmission was re-built 2 years ago as well.
she now has to pay for the following:
oil change
inspection
and whatever the problem is that is causing the leak.
and she can get pissy if she wants....hello, she just bought a laptop for about $500 recently. so she can spring for the repairs on the car she has been driving no charge.....especially when the damage occurs while she is using my car!

And screw her if she bitches. I hope she paid for a new tire as well. Sounds like she is taking advantage of your kindness so stay strong

she paid for the tire. the inspection is due at the end of the month, and based on the mileage so is the oil change. as for everything else, as far as I'm concerned, she can pay for it. considering that one week has grown to 3+ weeks and it was not leaking when I had my car a whole hour or less on the 9th.
