so the management staff at work wants to cut hours. fine and all.
here's something for management to look at then:
this morning, I leave at 8 AM (I was called in). when I left, there were 2 cashiers scheduled on the front end. to cover the front end, there was also an STL (full-time manager), the Front-End manager, and a coordinator (mid-level manager) trainee.
so let's see.....we have the following:
2 cashiers
2 managers (upper level included)
1 mid-level manager trainee
I think I can see a way to cut some hours there that won't impact the cashiers at all....can you?

Sounds a little bit top heavy. Considering the managers make more money than the people who do real work, if I was the actual owner, I know whose hours I'd be cutting.
