feeling a nice headache coming on. since the job prospects for school counseling are...well, slim to none (unless you have family or friends in education...which I do not have), I am looking at what is required to return and get my certification as an Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). my concern is paying for the program, though. I'm guessing I won't need an additional degree (2 Masters), just a certification program. and funding. I did find one for $3000. but finding that money could be tough.
so wish me luck in not having my head explode from doing this. suggestions?
and now for dumb customers of the day.....
our three lotto machine started acting up (bill acceptors). so put a sign on the middle machine, in big red letters "All three lotto machine bill accepters are having issues. Sorry" and under line "All Three". we had customers trying to put their money into the machines, saying "All three have issues? even this one?"
one customer we actually told about the problem....he leaves AND COMES BACK to try the machines again....WITH THE NOTE STILL THERE!!!!
really...if this is not an example of why we need to invest in education, I do not know what is.
