so staring at a letter from Sallie Mae (student loan) saying I'm in Forbearance (aka, I can not pay the $300+ a month payment....you know, not finding a job as politicians take bribes and CEO's get million dollar payouts for failing) until 6/12/2012 and just got a bill from Sallie Mae for a payment due in March.
guess I'll scan in a copy of the letter, log onto my account and send an e-mail to them saying "Here is a copy of the letter you sent me indicating I'm in forbearance, after applying twice. Now I'm getting a bill. Why?" and see what my reply is. maybe I'll get something about applying....to which I make a phone call and ask if the people replying actually read the e-mails.
and gee, people wonder why our government is in trouble......it seems that politicians are not the only morons working for it.
