since I get bored with repetitive things, and the Slim in 6 workout video is getting to that point with me, time to try a Yoga video series by Rodney Yee. starting with the introductory video (2 routines, and a pose guide). anyone know anything about him?
I'm just hoping that the stretching and such will help out with making me feel better (back and shoulders). who knows, might have torn something in my shoulders way back, maybe not. but this should help, right? as for the back....if my spine was straight, it would be great....instead it curves in the cardio-thoracic region. makes life oh so fun!
yeah, that's about it...my tax returns are supposed to hit tomorrow....$550 back. my effective tax rate....around 4.5%. and that is considering that I made less than $20,000 last year! part-time work sucks!

Yes, I shouldn't generalize about step-fathers. I know at least one who is a genuinely great person.
But mine is a douche, so generalization is the road I chose.
