new phone is working, had to switch the SIM card from my old phone into my new phone. can't transfer text messages over, but I could back them up on my computer and now the old phone is bye bye!
survived another family holiday party without having to hurt anyone. my cousin's 16 year old son wasn't there...he was up all night and didn't feel well. she's the parent and yet he runs the house...go figure! her other son (about 13) ended up running around all day playing with my other cousin's son....the oldest who is 10. and the youngest is 3. don't know what to say about that one.
and now to keeping shooting my sleep schedule all to hell. work overnight 3 nights and late night one night (8 PM to midnight). the full-time overnight cashier still has his situation....he has 3 or 4 kids with his wife, but got a cashier (who is also married) pregnant. she hasn't said anything official to me yet. and to make things even more fun, when asked who the father was, she said "I'm not sure." all the night crew people have the same view point...he fucked up. and for her....don't care how unhappy you are, sleeping with random guys is not good (especially unprotected). her reason for problems..."I got married, I was a little thick. now that I'm in better shape, I think I settled." so she doesn't like her husband now...because he wanted to marry her even though she wasn't it great shape? huh? and he wanted to see her, instead of her going out all the time and partying it up. and she thinks she'll have it better with a child and living with a control freak....that should be funny! ahh, the drama of where I work...there is a reason why I have a rule "You don't date where you work....or sleep around where you work either!"
think that's about it...gotta figure out how to download stuff onto my new phone. its a Pantech Link P7040. it was free...can you argue with that? since I don't have a data plan, I don't use it for the Internet....in fact, I use it primarily for phone calls and texting, why do I need all sorts of fancy stuff to it? I have a Garmin and an mp3 player as well...so that's not a concern. I don't have a USB cable yet...but with a mcroSD card and slot, I should be fine (I think). ahh, the joys of new technology!
that's about it....how's life with you?
