nothing like seeing the picture of the girl you've liked for years but she kept talking about how she doesn't want a relationship right now with anyone post a picture with her new boyfriend and talk about how happy she with him on Facebook is to brighten your day.

vacation has started...actually started last Friday. so far, I've installed some blinds at my Mom and step-dad's house and met a friend for dinner. the part that bites is this friend is someone I would love to date. except she said how she started seeing someone. someone she was friends with, so she decided why not.

sister called me today. my cousin (technically my Mom's cousin, so I guess 1st or 2nd cousin) was in a car accident today. she hit a pole. they believe she had a heart attack or something before she hit the pole. she did not survive.
so another funeral in about 2 or 3 months. have I mentioned I hate funerals?

yesterday was Father's Day...and something I realized.
there are no pictures I know of where I'm young and with my bio-dad. guess that happens when you leave your child at 9 1/2 months old and don't return to his life until he's in 3rd grade.

about a month ago, my aunt died. she was 62 with Cerebral Palsy and medical issues. as my sister and I agreed upon...it was a "natural" death. it made sense.
What we (mom and my sister) did not realize is she started a Genealogy of our family.
and now I have a PDF scan of what she has. so at least I can find some...

aunt's funeral today. she died either Monday night or Tuesday morning (she died in her sleep).
age 62 and had Cerebral Palsy (both mental and physical disabilities).
have I mentioned that funerals suck, by the way? just saying.
