Really interesting article in the NY Times today.
Basically it says that a body mass index of 26-30 may have a lower death rate then the "normal" range of 21-25 .. maybe its time to make the "normal" range 21-30 and 31-35 overweight and obese 35+ ..
Underweight 16-20 had a death rate nearly as bad as 31-35 .. very interesting.
