Oh Edmund! I just went through this with my own father. You and your family are definately in my thoughts and prayers.

The Mormons here are way different than the ones I grew up with and the #1 reason why I denounced my religion.

I was baptized in Germany. The Mormons there were family/neighbor-orientated. They would give you the shirts off their backs without thinking twice. The Mormons here (at least where I live) are self-righteous, self-absorbed rich pricks. I tried so very hard to get into the Church when we came back to Germany. I went to the majority of the youth stuff but because I didn't fit into their clique, I wasn't accepted. Oh-And try being the only non-white person in Church with a single Mom...Yeah that was fun....

I liked Wall-E. I thought it was really good. It will definitely be a movie I will be buying whenever it comes out on video. I loved how they used live action with the computer animation. Plus some of the parallels in the movie I think already exist in real life.

I refuse to watch Ax men. It looks good, it's just such a stretch for being on the history channel. The history channel is the last place I want to see reality tv. People who watch the history channel are trying to avoid reality tv!! So no Ax Men for me.

I caught part of Ax men, will have to catch it when they do a marathon, I also liked Ice Road Truckers

Across the Universe .. *** .. I enjoyed it and there was some good covers .. Especially "Let It Be" .. Overall the movie winked too much. Its amazing how much psychedlic, experimental stuff is in this movie for a major release .. Good but not great ..

Pikmin, Animal Crossing, Pokemon Trozei (which I got for Christmas from my hubby ), Cooking Mama..I'm a nintendo kinda girl. Simpsons Road Rage and Destroy All Humans are only for PS2 & PSP right? Oh and Harvest Moon, there's one of those for just about every console.

I haven't seen Knocked Up. I really haven't seen much of any movies in the past few months.

You know, I'm pretty sure people think I'm crazy when I tell them how much I miss snow. I'm sure, if I lived in a colder place, I'd be complaining about it but it's like they say, "The grass is always greener in someone else's yard". Or, in this case, the snow is always deeper haha.
I'm glad that you're enjoying your job and working for nice people.
