I've been a member of SG for about 4 years now and I'm about ready to cancel my membership. It's so different now than it was back in 04'. Back then, you couldn't submit a photoset 10 times a day fishing for approval of members and SGs. These days so many of the girls act like they are so above everyone else! It's terrible and personally I don't think these people are any different than you and I.
On another note:
I'm sure everyone knows about all the dramz that is going down between some girls and it's just stupid. Why should I be paying every month just to read about people hating eachother and seeing everyone begging for attention via self-promotion or self-hate? It's crazy how much this site has changed. Most of the time, I love the new sets that go up, but I also think that there are so many other girls that deserve to have their sets accepted. Years ago, I applied and submitted a set which was rejected (if you saw it you'd know why!). I know what it's like to be rejected, but there was no such thing as "hopefuls" or "SCS"...I think that there are so many hopefuls that really deserve to be an SG..but there are also many people who submit 4 sets a week that are just pure shit and don't get the hint. On one hand it's nice to have the hopeful/SCS option, but on the other some people just need to get a clue.
We'll see what happens. I'm thankful for this site introducing me to many great people and it'll suck to leave, but it's getting to the point where nothing is sacred any more.


ANNNNYWAY,
Husband and I should be getting our 2nd car next week or so. FINALLY. Just waiting on the tax money to be deposited. After that, I'll be able to quit my shitteous job and find another one.
Also, I'm definitely planning a trip back to TX for May/June. I need to go home really bad.
