Let me update you on the interview I had on Thursday...
I had a great interview, or at least I thought it was a positive one. The lady who interviewed me said she'd call me on Friday morning to let me know what the company's decision was. By 2pm I gave her a call and asked if they had decided against me. She said, "Well, we were hoping for someone with more experience... we've still got the ad running... but you're not out of the running just yet." Oh, I see. If you find someone better than me you'll take them, but if you don't you suppose I'll do? What the crap?
In the past few months I've had this happen, I've had someone say it came down to me and another person and the other person won, and I've been given a job only to be told they can't hire me because of my credit report. If I didn't have shitty luck, I'd have no luck at all.

you should sit down with the family, and try to bring them around to your conclusion.
i don't see what's so bad with selling to a swooper. even if you sell to a non-swooper, chances are that they might. I you're not going to live in the house anymore, it doesn't make a difference. Holding on to sentimentalities will only hold them back.
i can't help it.....i'm a pervert.
