The apocalyptic year of 2012 is approaching rapidly 
Just a few hours of 2011 left!
What are you people up to tonight? For me, nothing special We ordered some good veggie food here in Gent. 4 courses (or how do you say this in english?), and also some cava and snacks to start If it doesn't rain at midnight, we go and see the fireworks in Gent city... They shoot the rockets above the water, so; might be a cool effect
But then again... we already said that for 3 years in a row, but we never got in the centre by midnight. Anyway, no fancy stuff for us... no smokings and gala dresses and overpriced drinks. No brainkilling music all night long. No!
2 weeks ago some more outling was done on my tattoo...
Next session is next friday, 6th of january... outlining on my elbow... it'll sure as hell gonna hurt Haha
Upcoming saturday... FINALLY... some good gigs! It seems like wks since I've been to a decent gig. It's The Devil's Blood and Herder! Hell yeah!
Speaking about rck and rll!
The 19th of January, MASTODON & Red Fang are playing at the Ancienne Belgique in Brussels... I got my ticket since e few weeks right now... Thank god, cause it seems to be sold out now! Soooo looking forward to seeing Mastodon live again! I've seen them a few times already, some good, some rather bad... but the new CD kicks major ass, so I'm pretty curious to see if they'll manage to bring the same vibe to the stage!
I wish everyone the best for the upcoming year. My year wasn't that outstanding, not really bad either... but there's room for improvement. Refurbishments were quite stressy, I'm pretty fed up with my job for the Flemish government, I've been looking for almost a year for fellow musicians to start up a groovy stoner/metal/doomband over here in the region of Gent (with luck so far);... For 2012 I want to grow closers again to my gf, restart studies at the academy of fine arts in September, start meditating again and get my brain back into action after years of numbness at work, workout more, finish my sleeve, and find a new band so I can rock out again! Hell yh!
