Life can be beautiful...
After two weeks of flu-ish feeling... I feel rejuvenated right now!
The last 3 days I felt hyper... dunno how it comes. Maybe it's the fact that the sun was shining again in Belgium, after some grey, cold and moisty months? Maybe because I'm taking vitamins, ginseng, vitamine C 1000 and vegetarian Omega 3-6? Who'll tell?
Maybe because last weekend I saw some damn fine gigs of Colour Haze, Sardonis, Rotor and the dutch band Sungrazer? Hmmm hmmmm....
My gf is applying for a new job again in Gent... she worked two years in Brussels, but got really depressed and stressed when commuting; and because the 2 previous employers kinda lied about the job. So right now she quit her job in Brussels, and she'll be free from the 15th of March on.
It might be risky, because we have a mortgage running on our little house, and we've got some renovation work coming up... but hey... life's too short to be stressed and depressed all the time!
So, right now she's applying for 3 different jobs... I hope 1 of them works out fine! They're all in the neighbourhood... maybe max. 15min on the bicycle, so that's more than ok! I'm shaking our Ganesha snowglobe every day for good luck!
Pity I don't have a pic of the Ganesha snowglobe. Took us quite some effort to find it in India, when hiking around for 2 months, about 3 years ago! But... in the end... it might bring good luck!
The travelling virus is biting again! I'd like to go to Asia again... maybe some Vietnam and Laos backpacking... or maybe Bhutan, but Bhutan is rather diffucult to do on your own.
Sometimes I think we're running out of time... especially because I do believe something big might happen in 2012. Not necessarily the destruction of Gaia, aka planet earth... but just... something in general. It seem to be turbulent times... somehow...
So... Asia... or maybe going up north? My gf's never seen Scandinavia so far, and I'd really like to show her the Aurora Borealis... that's quite an experience! I've seen it a few time when I stayed in Iceland. Fan-fucking-tastic!
Anyway... i'm going to enjoy the rest of the evening... I'm having a bit of bourbon whisky while listening to EARTH... could be a lot worse!

I don't care much for Dexter though, the first season was ok... then I saw the second and began watching the third before giving up.
I already follow House. It's ok
I'm going to check out Carnival, sounds promising.
