So I'm watching Good Will Hunting on Bravo, which I find kind of funny for a couple of reasons.
1) It's Saturday and that's all I care to do.
2) I've seen it 900 times.
3) the accents make me homesick.
That lame statement having been said we'll move on. So 5:30 came early and due to the fact I only got a few hours of sleep last night I'm gonna leave Monday morning instead of tomorrow. No big deal. Now the question is can I get my brain to work enough to ask some halfway decent questions.
Uh, let's see...man that isn't gonna be easy tonight...so I'll just make the questions hard...
What would like out of life? I mean really want deep down in your guts, none of that 401k and a mortage crap because, sad to say, I don't even know what a 401k is so I won't know what you're talking about anyway.
What makes you sit up and take notice of a person (and not neccessarily in as far as a potential mate, but you can answer that way if you'd like)?
Man, I gotta answer my own questions? Who came up with that rule?
1) What do I want? Hmmm some non diet soda for a start. All I have here is diet Coke, gross. Diet caffine free Coke actually, gross and pointless.
I guess what I really want in life is be just as happy waking up next to the person I'm with when I'm 80 as I am when I'm, well, whatever age I am when I meet that person. That's what it's all about I guess. Kids, where I live, that'll all sort itself out, but to love who I'm with and be happy about what I do, I think would be about all I need. The thing is of course that as simple as that sounds, it's much more difficult in real life.
2) I guess that's a hard question to answer at least for me. As far as people in general. It's one of those things where time will tell. There's people who I think I'll be drawn to or find interesting who turn out to be not so. And people I never thought I'd like who I do. But I guess that's just the nature of things.
As far as people I find attractive that's even harder. I don't date a specific type of person, at least based on their physical looks. I'd have to say that every girl I've dated or really been attracted to was very much their own person, very much an individual. And I suppose that's true of most of the people I'm friends with. Of course that's something you can't really tell that right off the bat. So for girls I'll just say eyes and leave it at that. It's all in the eyes.
Okay well there's my answers, and since it's Sunday I'll throw in two bonus questions.
1) Favorite Simpson's episode (if of course your a fan)
2) Favortie Simpson's character.
these questions are a gimme at least for me.
1) the Beer Baron episode. C'mon St. Patrick's day in Springfield, and Prohibition? How can you go wrong?
2) Grandpa Simpson. We have similar glasses, and both use the expression, " which was the stye of the time."
There you go kids. Questions, and answers.

Still chewing on the attractiveness question. I am usually attracted to personality traits rather than physical ones, but there are a few immediate disqualifiers--shortness is one. I knew a guy once who was amazing as a friend and wanted to be more, but I just couldn't get attracted to him because he was so short. I felt guilty forever.
I am usually attracted to smirking, though.
You're not messing around with your latest questions...
What do I want out of life? I want to be fulfilled. I want to be happy with the things I have instead of always feeling like there is something missing. Not sure if that is possible...
What makes me notice someone? That bit of uniqueness that makes a person stand out from the rest. WOW how vague is that?
Sorry, don't watch the Simpsons.
