Although I can multi-task when necessary, I find that my best work comes out while focusing on one patient at a time. Many if not the majority of my peers tend to bounce from room to room in regards to patient treatment. I far prefer arranging my schedule with multiple procedures with a single patient instead of the more common approach of single procedures on multiple patients. This requires more effort on the front end in terms of treatment and financial planning with a patient. This effort and time demand is rarely possible in heavily insurance driven offices. Having worked in these settings has help me shape my decisions on what I do not want to do. For better or worse I prefer to provide more quality and less quanity concerning my production levels.

I will be in Va Beach probably around the first or second week of August. I always like to go and at least roll at Waller's Mill in Wmsburg, but I can probably do more, time permitting.
