So I guess Crazy Psycho Bitch in my class isn't too bad. When my probation is up (for the love of all things unholy, don't ask) next month, she is getting me a full-time job where she works. Desk job answering calls for doctors. Decent pay. She said it'll be no issue to sit for a while, stand for a while, rinse and repeat... with my knee. It might slow school down a touch (as in, I won't be able to take as many classes next semester as I'd like, but I may be able to figure that out), but it will be my own income and I won't be dependant upon my famn damily and will have a bit of extra cash for myself.
