...and then I showed up at work bleary eyed to find 3 good surprises.
The first was that , my new projector bulb showed up in the mail today. Hooray!
I should point out to my faithful readers, that i ACTUALLY have a working bulb in my projector. Why would I buy another $500 bulb for a working projector?
For those of you who have been following my adventures (or if you're even luckier been to my house) you know I love movies and drinking.
Well there I was with two very nice ladies of the hottie persuasion over. and we were hanging out for drinks and my automatic ICEMAKER was empty! It turns out it had been raided by my dastardly brother minutes before I walked into the house.
Well needless to say, you can't make martini's without ice. I quickly went to superstore in south common and they were sold out! Then a total of 35 minutes later, all thoughts of partying started meandering out of the girls thoughts and off they went. To somewhere else. While I was free to go with them, gone was my home base advantage.
And that is why I have now purchased a new projector bulb.
In case of emergency home theater melt down, I'm still good to go. You never want to give up home based advantages. I should also point out my home theater looks just like this one.

....and yes it's set up in the same spot. Nothing like a private theatre to encourage watching really nasty smut on giant screen.
And that was only the first surprise! I also got an interview for Whyte Avenue for a promotion. To be honest I'm not even sure I want it. Just because I love working in South Common.
But it would be nice to get more bucks.....
The third was that I recieved a fist full of free books today! Triple Good day for me.
Now I'm going to push my luck and call one of those very dramatic girls that i have been talking to , to see how she's doing.....

I wasn't too talkative for most of that trip. I dunno. I'm often not too talkative of a person. But I do always get things to say in my head at completely random moments and wish to write them down; which is why I have SO many journal entries My mind doesn't shut down, ever, and sometimes it completely sucks.
