These modern days pass by so quick, don't they? Today you're celebrating New Year's Even; then you sneeze and VOILA, Easter's over!
I came into an insight earlier today - A rather obvious and constantly talked about one, yet one that we seldom put into practice: Enjoying life's little things.
Even tho I try to put it into practice, unfortunately I do it way less than I'd like to or should. However, one simple fulfilling thing I always do is stare at the sky; especially when I'm at higher places, be it day or night.
Few things are more enticing than a beautiful starry sky to me. It always brings me mixed feelings and thoughts: "How good it feels to be free!","I wanna go up there someday and surpass the stars themselves!", "Whoa, the moon is glowing so beautifully tonight!".
Not the day sky isn't beautiful, either; I'm just more of a night person. After all, who never wondered what wonders and perils lurk in the darkest corners of the city?
As for me, I want to taste life to its fullest. Its flavours, its colours, its sensations... I want to depart from here knowing not a single day was wasted. And I feel like I've been succesful so far. Now what about you? What drives you? How much have you been enjoying your time? Do share, I'm all ears!
