I entered a screenplay contest recently. The contest charged a reasonable entry fee ($40), but charged additional, and in my opinion, exorbritant fees for judge's feedback--$60 more for "judge's highlights" and $140 more for full coverage.
Well, I had revised the script recently and I wanted some feedback, so, on impulse, I splurged for the judge's highlights. What a mistake! On a comment sheet riddled with spelling and grammatical errors, the judge criticized my writing, including my grammar. My writing was "non-descript" sic and self-important. He described my dialogue as wooden and my climax as clunky.
I can't believe it, but I actually paid a hundred bucks for some guy to shit on my work!

Seriously, I think you should demand your money back. That guy is a hack.

Anyone who charges for an opinion is an automatic hack.
