I got a fitness ball yippie... My damn nephew almost didnt let me borrow it.. lil punk (he's 4 years old btw).. if anyone has any work out pointers for it lemmie know!

Nephews are the coolest aren't they?Mine are 6yrs and 6mos.old. The little one has me freakin wrapped around his tiny lil' finger!!
