TV is so misleading. You know?I was watching one of those cringey dating shows on channel 4 yesterday and what stood out for me was how fearful they were, how petrified they were of each other... they’re never going to have a healthy relationship if they’re not willing to be vulnerable in front of each other. You know? These people have been brainwashed into thinking you have to be perfect to deserve love, but really, if you think about it, it’s your flaws that people fall in love with, so own them. Don’t hide away behind a mask of self hate. You know?
