Another day, another DIY mission.
More T-shirt recon work. Old t-shirt with Jack Skellington, check. Scissors, check. Chalk and clear coat nail polish, check. I drew out the spinal/ rib cage design with some fabric chalk, cut it out, and then sealed the edges with the clear nail polish to help it maintain the proper shape.
Ursula Tentacles. Just sounds fun, right? Slowly perfecting my method and looking into clasp options for people with non-stretched ears. These 2 gauge earrings are baked in polymer clay, found at Hobby Lobby (and the like). I figured a shot of them actually being worn would be a little more interesting than my previous post of just the jewelry. While shorter than my first pairs, these are still a bit obnoxious to thread onto the ear because of the sucker bumps. I chose to form this pair in the shape of the astrological symbol for Leo... Because I'm a Leo and it made a nice tentacle shape ;)
