quick update, the building is coming along fine we are getting quotes on everything from AC to phones. The neighbors are kind of creepy though, I'm convinced that they have no power on in their building and they just sit around in the dark. I hate to sterotype but they are arabs, although the buisness owner there said he was from persia, i told him persia? Isn't that before the shah of irans rule, it's weird hopefully everything will be okay.
