well no much has been happening lately. I guess that's how it is when you get old 
At least this time of year I have football to look forward to. I always make it a point to enjoy my local high school game. I just joined 24 hr fitness, whoa there are alot of cuties there, and in my age range. 
hopefully i'll be able to "hook up" as you young folks call it.

Oh cool... have a great time in SF!!
We stayed at the Hotel Nikko - it was such a cool place... Japanese-y and all! Super small rooms - but we weren't there much except to sleep.
