Peekaboo.
Got all dressed up last night to go out. Riding a bicycle downtown in a miniskirt is an interesting experience, let me tell you. I wore black tights underneath though, so I don't think anyone got a peek. It was so good to see some old friends! Life can sort of drift you away from those you care about without you even realizing it. We did some rocking out and some catching up. I am now hungover. Ah, well.
A friend at work just enrolled for classes again after a long hiatus, and it inspired me to do the same. One becomes bored with the daily dredge of working life after a time and wants to be inspired and to learn again. What I'm saying is, I need a swift kick in the ass. I'm sort of coming around to being a grown up, whatever that means. I don't expect a degree to be a golden ticket, but I'm ready to buckle down and actually finish school after five years of "dabbling" in it.
Today, however, I will continue packing all of my accumulated junk in preparation for the move. I still can't figure out where I will hang my collection of framed unicorn pictures. I have to give away some of my houseplants, as the new place has less light. Okay, I will spare you anymore senseless banter. Have a good one.
