Okay, kids....the state of my life is hovering dangerously close to PATHETIC.
Here's my average day:
Wake up at 7
Hit the snooze.
Hit the snooze.
Go sleep on the couch.
Hit the snooze.
Get up at 8ish.
Drink 2 cups of coffee. No time to eat.
Work at 9.
Eat pizza at 11.
Keep working.
Eat pizza at 1.
Go home at 4:30.
Drink coffee.
Unintentionally fall asleep for 3 hours! WTF!!!???
Wake up, be mad at myself.
Think of all the shit I have to do (homework, cleaning, workin' out.) but I don't do it.
Phone rings:
Friend: What are you doing tonight?
Me: I dunno.
F: Wanna hang out?
Me: My head hurts.
F: Oh, that sucks. Well, call me soon, k?
Me. Yeah. Bye.

Realize how late it is at 11.
Take the dog for a walk.
Go to bed.

SO. Obviously some shit has got to change. Like...what I eat. Less coffee. More exercise (for me and my poor dog!).
What to YOU do to get motivated? Any particular songs/albums that do the trick? What is your routine? ANY suggestions to help? I'm turning into a hobbit here, people! Losing friends left and right! (I have very few to start with!)

I have a lot of goals and projects that I want to work on, but my lame ass won't GET ON IT!
I have a serious lack of motivation.
HELP!

I am leaving for Austin in a few days, I'll be there for a week. I hope that this change will help me get back on track.
My head is gonna explode (in a bad way!)

Well first off let me say I'm sorry that your feeling bummed out and unmotivated. As an evolved male I realize that females don't want answers, They want empathy. smile

But just incase you are an evolved female who can put logic over emotions let me offer this.

It's all about habits, Your habits are either good or bad. Productive or non-productive. Quiet and relaxation ARE productive within limits. Health and fitness and having time for things are a lifestyle not just something you do sometimes. Best thing for making time for things you really want and need to do is make a schedule for yourself, It's neccesary.

It's not that hard to eat healthy. There are healthy foods that taste alright. Stock up on healthy things so your never just looking for that quick microwave meal. Drink lots of water. Take your vitamins. Make sure you get fiber, Your body won't absorb nutrients very well if you don't scoure your intestines with fiber like apple skins and loose leaf lettuce. Thes things will make you feel more energetic and your mind more clear.

... this year iv been detoxing myself, been eating soo much fruit & veg, organic meat, nuts, seeds, loads water everyday.....and i have def seen and feel a difference in myself!!..the key is keeping it fresh.

was only going to do it for the first fews weeks in january, but i love eating good, healthy, food now, that im not going back!!

...still treate myself to chocolate tho wink

And on the muzik side, got to say anything hardcore....walls of jericho have got to be my fav!!!!
