Soooo, I've had way too much of this today...
I love coffee. It's a habit I desperately need to break if I am to acheive any kind of normal sleep pattern.

What did you get for Valentine's Day? I keep seeing it abbreviated as "VD" which makes me think "venereal disease" which in turn makes me giggle. Anyway, my live-in lover and I like to exchange little gifts, and this is what I got:

so naturally, I am WAY jacked up on sugar right now.
Things are okay here in the city of roses and rain. The PBR rodeo is coming to town soon, which I will of course be protesting...handing out leaflets at the arena. It really irks me that PBR (Pabst Blue Ribbon) released a statement to a veg magazine not too long ago claiming that theirs was a vegan beer, and now here they are funding a rodeo.

In other news, the best friend and I are soon to be visiting our respective families in our "home" state of TEXAS!!!!
We'll be flying into Austin on the 21st of March. I'm so excited!
